Since joining First Financial Services in August, 1988, Patty has been and continues to be an integral part of the firm’s operations. As the OSJ, Patty oversees the firm’s procedures to ensure that all associates are in compliance not only with Osaic Wealth's guidelines but also with SEC and FINRA laws.

Patty has worked side by side with William Russell and his clients and will continue to provide the same level of service to William Russell’s clientele as he did.  In addition Patty manages a client base of her own. Many are clients for whom she prepares tax returns through her affiliation with Mid-Island Tax*.
